You can view the fees on the subscriptions page – we accept EFTs or card payments.

We have options for both annual and monthly payments.

How do I update my details with the KRA?

You can submit your updated details to us via the above form, selecting “General Query”.

How do I report non-urgent issues?

You can report via the supplied details on the “Important Contacts” document. You can escalate reported issues, not attended as yet, to the KRA.

How can I report urgent issues?

You can report via the supplied details on the “Important Contacts” document, then escalating to our various general and SOS area WhatsApp groups, or directly to our counsellor.
